Microneedling
Start Here
Microneedling Consultation Facial (Required for First-Time Clients) – $225
Before beginning microneedling, all new clients are required to start with a consultation facial to ensure the safest and most effective treatment plan.
This session allows us to assess your skin condition, current routine, sensitivity, and overall readiness for microneedling. It also includes a targeted microneedling treatment on a small area such as the lip or eye to observe how your skin responds.
Because every client’s skin is different, this step allows us to determine the appropriate depth, intensity, and approach for your full treatment, ensuring optimal results while minimizing unwanted reactions.
This is not a separate step, but the foundation of your microneedling plan.
Your Treatment Plan

Microneedling works through progressive collagen stimulation, meaning each treatment builds on the last.
Treatment 1 activates collagen production

Microcurrent Facial Sculpting
Microcurrent is a non-invasive treatment that uses low-level electrical currents to lift, tone, and retrain facial muscles while improving circulation and supporting collagen production. Often described as a “workout for the face,” microcurrent helps create a more lifted, sculpted, and refreshed appearance over time.
Your Treatment Plan
Recommended as a Series
Microcurrent works by retraining muscles through repetition. While a single treatment can provide a temporary lift, a series creates longer-lasting tone, definition, and visible structural improvement.
SINGLE MICROCURRENT FACIAL
$225
Ideal for clients seeking a single sculpting treatment before an event, as an introduction to microcurrent therapy, or for occasional facial lifting and contour support.
While many clients notice immediate visible lift, improved circulation, and facial definition after one session, microcurrent is cumulative in nature and achieves the most noticeable long-term results through a consistent treatment series.
STARTER MICROCURRENT SERIES
6 Sessions — $999
A foundational treatment series designed to progressively improve facial tone, contour, circulation, and muscular consistency through repeated facial muscle re-education.
Recommended Schedule:
1–2 treatments weekly over 3–6 weeks.
CORRECTIVE MICROCURRENT SERIES
12 Sessions — $1,885
An advanced corrective series designed for clients seeking more significant lifting, contour refinement, facial muscle support, and longer-term structural improvement.
Recommended Schedule:
Begin with treatments twice weekly, gradually tapering to once weekly as muscle tone and tissue responsiveness improve.
Series is typically completed over 6–8 weeks.
ACTIVE MAINTENANCE MICROCURRENT FACIAL
$185
Reserved for clients who have completed a Microcurrent Series and are maintaining their results through ongoing treatments performed within 8 weeks of their previous session.
Designed to support continued facial tone, circulation, contour, and muscular consistency while preserving the results achieved through a completed series.
Recommended every 2–6 weeks depending on desired outcomes and maintenance goals.
Microcurrent Body Contouring (Arms, Thighs or Abdomen)
60 minutes — $230
Microcurrent body gloves work to firm laxity, enhance circulation, and support lymphatic flow on targeted body areas. Excellent for tone, postural tension patterns, and sluggish tissue.
Best for: mild laxity, circulation support, tissue sluggishness
For best results, microcurrent is performed in a series to gradually retrain and lift the muscles.
Series: 6–12 treatments, scheduled 1–2 times per week
Maintenance: every 3–6 weeks, depending on age, skin health, and desired results

Microneedling
What Is Microneedling?
Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment that uses a precision device with very fine, sterile needles to create tiny punctures in the skin. They are small enough that you will not see them, but meaningful enough to awaken your skin’s own repair response. You may also hear it called collagen induction therapy, which is really a better description of what is happening beneath the surface.
Here is what sets it apart from most anti-aging treatments: nothing is being forced on your skin. No harsh resurfacing, no heat, no downtime measured in weeks. Traditional microneedling simply creates the conditions for your body’s natural healing to do the work, and your skin rebuilds itself a little stronger and smoother each time.
Every microneedling treatment at our South Charlotte spa begins with a consultation facial, because no two faces respond the same way. We use that first visit to understand your skin’s sensitivity, condition, and history before we ever design your plan.
How Microneedling Works
The needles create thousands of controlled micro-injuries in the upper layers of the skin. Your body reads these as something to repair, and the repair cascade begins almost immediately: first inflammation, then new tissue, then remodeling.
That remodeling stage is where the real change happens. Microneedling stimulates collagen and elastin production, the two proteins responsible for the firmness and bounce we naturally lose as we age. In one histological study, four microneedling sessions spaced a month apart produced up to a 400% increase in collagen and elastin deposition at six months, with the improvement still measurable a year later.
This is also why results build rather than appear overnight. Your collagen is being made new, and that takes time. In clinical testing of a microneedling device for facial and neck wrinkles, most participants reported visible improvement in their appearance at both 30 and 90 days after treatment, and 93.8% reported improvement in wrinkles. The best results tend to show up well after your last appointment.
We space treatments four to six weeks apart so each session builds on the collagen created by the last one. Treatment one activates production. Treatment two refines tone and texture. By treatment three, most clients see genuinely smoother, firmer skin.
The Benefits of Microneedling
Microneedling can help improve a wide range of concerns at once, which is part of why it has become such a trusted option for the early and middle signs of aging.
- Softer lines and wrinkles. New collagen fills in beneath fine lines, softening wrinkle depth around the eyes, mouth, and forehead.
- More even skin tone and texture. Uneven skin texture, enlarged-looking pores, and rough patches gradually smooth as the surface renews.
- Visible skin tightening. Renewed elastin supports firmer, more lifted-looking skin along the jawline, cheeks, and neck.
- Improved acne scarring and discoloration. Textural scarring and post-acne marks respond well to progressive collagen stimulation.
- A naturally youthful appearance. Because the improvement comes from your own tissue, the result looks like better skin rather than like work.
- Long-lasting results. With a completed series, proper skincare and maintenance, and treatments a few times a year, your results hold beautifully over time.
If you have been looking into microneedling in Charlotte and want a setting that feels calm rather than clinical, we would love to sit down with you and talk it through. Request an appointment whenever you are ready.
Chemical Peels
What Is a Chemical Peel?
A chemical peel is a professional treatment that applies a customized blend of acid or enzyme formulas to the skin in order to lift away damaged outer layers and reveal the healthier skin underneath. Your skin sheds dead cells naturally, but that process slows considerably as we age, leaving dullness, congestion, and uneven tone sitting on the surface.
A peel simply moves that process along, in a controlled and thoughtful way.
The word peel makes some people nervous, and we understand why. But chemical peel options today range from a gentle enzyme refresh with essentially no downtime to a deeper corrective treatment with visible flaking. Your esthetician chooses the right one for your skin, not the strongest one available. That is the whole point of doing this in a boutique setting rather than a busy chain.
How Chemical Peels Work
Every peel works by loosening the bonds that hold dead, damaged cells to the skin’s surface, allowing them to exfoliate away.
Which acid we use depends entirely on what your skin needs. Alpha hydroxy acids like glycolic and lactic work on the surface to brighten and smooth. Beta hydroxy acids like salicylic travel into the pore itself, which makes them a strong choice for acne and congestion. Enzyme formulas offer a gentler path for sensitive skin. Stronger formulations reach deeper for more significant correction.
Beneath the surface, something else is happening. The controlled exfoliation signals your skin to produce new collagen, which is why peels improve firmness and fine lines rather than just clarity. Chemical peels are also among the most studied treatments in skin care. A 2024 systematic review in Dermatologic Surgery, covering 24 studies and more than 1,000 patients, found chemical peels to be safe and effective in the management of melasma, with glycolic acid rating as the safest and most effective option studied.
Our peels can be layered, combined, or applied to different areas of the face at different strengths, because most people do not have one skin condition. They have three, in different places.
The Benefits of Chemical Peels
A well-chosen peel is one of the most efficient ways to change how your skin looks and behaves.
- Smooth, refined texture. Roughness and uneven surface texture soften as damaged outer layers release.
- Softer fine lines and wrinkles. New collagen beneath the surface improves the look of early wrinkle formation.
- Clearer, calmer skin. Peels help clear congestion, reduce breakouts, and improve the appearance of post-acne marks.
- A more even complexion. Melasma, sun spots, and general discoloration fade toward a more uniform, luminous tone.
- Better product absorption. With the barrier of dead cells removed, your at-home skincare and your next facial both work harder.
- Genuinely beautiful skin over time. Peels are cumulative, and each one leaves your skin healthier than the one before.
Whether you are new to resurfacing or ready for something more corrective, we will help you find the right fit. Chemical peels in Charlotte do not have to feel intimidating. Request an appointment and we will start with a conversation about your skin.
FAQ
Does microneedling hurt?
Most clients describe it as a light vibration with mild pressure. We apply a topical numbing product beforehand and work at a depth chosen specifically for your skin and your comfort. Sensitive areas like the forehead and around the nose tend to be the most noticeable, and they pass quickly.
How much downtime should I plan for?
After microneedling, expect your skin to look flushed for 12 to 48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn. Peels vary by strength. An introductory peel may cause light flaking, while an advanced corrective peel produces visible peeling for several days. We will tell you exactly what to expect before you book, so you can plan around anything important on your calendar.
How many treatments will I need?
Microneedling is recommended as a series of three to six treatments spaced four to six weeks apart, because collagen builds progressively. Peels are often done in a series of three to six as well, though many clients see meaningful improvement after just one. Your esthetician will map out a realistic plan at your consultation.
Can I have both microneedling and a chemical peel?
Yes, though not on the same day. Many of our clients alternate the two throughout the year, using peels for clarity and tone and microneedling for firmness and texture. We will help you space them safely so your skin barrier always has time to recover.
When will I see results?
With peels, brightness often shows within a week. With microneedling, an initial glow appears within days, but the real change arrives between weeks four and twelve as new collagen forms, and it continues improving for months after your series ends.
How long do the results last?
With a completed series, daily sun protection, and consistent home care, microneedling results can hold for six months to a year or more. Peel results depend on your skin’s natural rate of renewal and your maintenance schedule. Both treatments reward consistency far more than intensity.
Who is not a good candidate?
Active skin infections, certain medications including recent isotretinoin use, pregnancy, and some skin conditions may mean waiting or choosing a different approach. This is exactly what your consultation is for. We would rather redirect you to something better suited than treat skin that is not ready.
Where are you located?
We are at 6311 Carmel Road in South Charlotte, serving clients throughout Charlotte, NC and the surrounding communities. We are appointment only, which is intentional. It means your time with us is unhurried and entirely yours.
