Enzymatic Skin Polishing Body Wrap

This traditional massage works to thoroughly release knots and tension built up within the body. Long, slow kneading and effleurage strokes ease and rejuvenate tired and sore muscles. Pre-Natal Massage:
For the mother to be. (Not in the 1st trimester) Gentle and nurturing, this massage focuses on the needs of the mother. Most often performed lying on your side to encourage and support healthy circulation for you and the baby, this massage works to relieve pressure from the low back, upper shoulders, legs and feet. This massage also helps to promote a deeper connection between you and baby by creating a space for greater body awareness and reflection. Abdominal massage included by request only.
NMT (Neuro-muscular therapy)
A therapeutic treatment designed to help restore balance within the body, often referred to as a medical massage. . An imbalance over a period of time can create chronic pain and dysfunction, and can eventually lead to many conditions such as…carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, tmj disorder, chronic neck and back pain, or even scoliosis. This massage is very beneficial in conjunction with physical therapy, pre or post surgery or after the acute onset of an injury or “pulled muscle”.
Hot Stone Massage:

The”Natures Facial” is a technique that includes more massage and pressure point therapy than your average facial. You still receive the same cleansing, exfoliating and moisturizing benefits of our Deep Pore Cleanse….you may just fall asleep faster! Here are a few of the treatments that can be requested with our Natures Facial or just let the therapist custom blend one to fit your needs:
Oxygenating and Firming Facial-
This facial uses Parsley Cucumber, Pear and Poppy Microderm Polisher and Alph -Hydroxy Acid Fruit Pulp to naturally exfoliate uneven, dry and rough skin while minimizing fine lines and wrinkles. Next we use a Paprika, Herbal Mud or Lime Stimulating Masque to further penetrate fine lines and stimulate cellular growth.
